What cookies are

  Support features you choose to use. Our live chat, for example, needs to keep track of a conversation so that it survives a page change and so an agent can reply to the right person.

• Performance and analytics

  Help us see which pages are useful, where visitors run into trouble, and how quickly pages load. These are optional and only used if you accept them.

Services that may set cookies

• Botpress (live chat)

  Powers the chat window. It stores a conversation identifier so a chat continues as you move between pages and so our team can reply to the right person, along with basic details such as the pages you viewed before starting a chat.

• Cloudflare

  Hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare may set cookies for security and performance reasons, such as distinguishing legitimate visitors from automated traffic. These fall under strictly necessary.

• Web3Forms

  Handles submissions from our contact form. It processes what you send us so the message reaches our inbox. We only receive what you type into the form.

• Google Fonts

  Serves the typefaces used across the site. Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which means your IP address is visible to them, though no cookie is set for this purpose.

Managing your choices

You can accept or decline optional cookies using the notice shown on your first visit. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the notice will appear again on your next visit.

Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies entirely through its own privacy settings. Be aware that blocking all cookies will stop parts of this site working properly, including live chat.
