Robert Rohr
Robert Rohr is a technology leader whose career spans both sides of modern IT: the creative work of building software and digital products, and the disciplined work of securing them. Over more than 25 years he has founded a digital media and development practice, designed and built custom and AI-assisted web applications, and architected cloud and hybrid environments on Azure and AWS. As a Chief Technology Officer he has owned cybersecurity governance, identity and access management, incident response, and disaster recovery grounded in the NIST and CIS frameworks. He founded Sylerity to bring that enterprise-grade discipline to growing businesses: technology that is as well-built as it is well-defended.
Gregory Crist
As President, Gregory Crist helps steer Sylerity's overall direction, client relationships, and long-term growth. He is focused on building durable partnerships and making sure every engagement delivers measurable value to the businesses Sylerity serves.
Hunter Copeland
As Vice President of Operations, Hunter Copeland oversees the day-to-day delivery that keeps client work moving. He leads Sylerity's processes, project execution, and service standards so the team performs consistently at a high level.
